Recipe:
3 bulbs fennel shaved thin
1c reserved fennel greens
1 apple sliced thin and dehydrated
1 ½ c ¼’d strawberries
4oz blue cheese

Dressing:
3T coarse whole grain mustard
2T honey
2T white wine vinegar
½ t salt
½ t white pepper
3T canola oil

Toss shaved fennel in dressing, stack all other ingredients on top. Enjoy
