UPDATE: Security Photo of Robbery Suspect Released

ROLLA, Mo. -- Police in Rolla release a surveillance photo of a man suspected of holding up a retail store this week.

Investigators say the man helped himself to money in the cash register at the Dollar General Store on Forum Drive Tuesday night.

Store security cameras captured the image above.

ROLLA, Mo. -- A man who robbed a store in Rolla, Missouri is being hunted by police today.

Police say the robbery happened shortly after 8pm Tuesday at the Dollar General Store on Forum Drive in Rolla.

Employees told police the man walked up to a cash register to buy a small item, then reached into the cash drawer and ran out with money.  Witnesses told police he did not make any threats or show a weapon.


The suspect is further described as:
Black Male
45-50 years old
Approximately 5’11” - 200 pounds
He was wearing a dark colored jacket, hooded shirt, jeans and gloves
