SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- In less than 24 hours, the Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos will go head to head at Super Bowl XLVIII.

Millions of Americans who won't be at Met Life stadium on Sunday will be watching the Superbowl from the comfort of their own home.

First order of business to watch the big game-- a TV.

"It's been a steady flow of crazy," said Dustin Duckworth, a sales associate at Best Buy. "Basically we've been non-stop at home theater. Other departments have been come and go. But we've been constantly busy."

Many stores that sell televisions, like Best Buy see an increase in TV sales prior to the big game. But does it compare to the real thing?

"If someone would purchase this TV, they would feel like they're at the game," said Duckworth.

Duckworth says the Best Buy on Glenstone Ave. projects to sell approximately $100,000 in TV's this weekend.

"It's definitely the number two holiday of the year," he said.

Andy Hedgpeth is taking advantage of discounts to get the perfect TV for his family to watch the superbowl.

"We'll use it to watch anything and everything, but definitely the game," said Hedgpeth. "We're looking forward to it."

And of course-- what game would be complete without something to munch on?

Debi Crowley of Pizza Inn on Battlefield said they are planning for an increase in pizza orders starting early on Sunday.

"It starts at 10:30 and people will keep calling," said Crowley."People will call all day long."

Crowley says they expect at least double the number of orders on a normal Sunday, many of which are bulk.

"We've had it as high as 25, 30 pizzas ordered," she said.

And with hours away from the big game, Crowley said Pizza Inn will have all hands on deck to accommodate to the influx in orders."

"We're always ready for Super Bowl Sunday," she said.
