Ortega Signs With Arkansas

Springfield Catholic's Nicole Ortega signs to play soccer at Arkansas.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo--High school seniors across the Ozarks were scurrying to pens and paper Thursday to make up for Wednesday's snow delayed national letter of intent signing day.

And it's not just football players signing.

Over at Springfield Catholic, Nicole Ortega signed a letter of intent to play her college soccer at Arkansas.

The forward is one of 13 new Razorback soccer players.

At Catholic, Ortega was on a state championship team and a third place team.

"I mean the SEC has been my dream ever since I can remember," said Nicole Ortega.  "I never wanted to play in any other conference.  The SEC is just huge for me and I'm really excited.."
