The Nikkei is up 127 points today in trading in Tokyo.
The Dow shot up 176 points Monday.
The Nasdaq rose more than 43 points, closing at a 14 year high of over 4,508.


Today we'll find out how much prices for every day items are going up.
A new report out this morning will reveal the cost increase of everything from food to appliances. Investors will also get a look at how the home building market is doing.

One of the nation's largest health care providers says its computer network was hacked.
Community Health Systems owns more than 200 hospitals across the U.S.
The company says earlier this year hackers accessed information on more than 4 million patients, including names, addresses, birthdates and Social Security numbers.
Community Health says it is notifying patients whose information may have been stolen.

Fewer people are paying all cash for their homes.
A RealtyTrac survey found in the second quarter of this year, nearly 38 percent of sales were paid for, in cash.
That's down from a three-year high of 42 percent in the first quarter.
Most of the cash purchases were for homes that were under foreclosure.
