CRANE, Mo. -- A Galena man faces felony charges after a search warrant executed over the weekend led police to a large amount of stolen property and drugs.

According to online court documents, Robbie J. Chambers, 46, of Galena, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a firearm. Each charge is a felony.

Stone County Sheriff Doug Rader said in a news release that the property was recovered after officers from the Stone County Sheriff’s office, Nixa Police Department and Comet Drug Task Force executed a warrant at a home in the 300 block of August Dr. in Crane on Saturday.

The search warrant revealed a large amount of stolen property, drugs and drug paraphernalia, including marijuana, marijuana plants and methamphetamine.

The stolen items recovered included jewelry, guns, ATVs, motorcycles, trailers, power tools and a Jeep, according to Radar. They were stolen from several counties in Missouri and from other states. Rader estimated the total value of the haul at more than $100,000.

A woman also at the home on Saturday was taken into custody on an old warrant, but has not been formally charged in connection with the weekend search warrant.

Chambers is in the Stone County Jail under a $50,000 bond.

According to Rader, further charges are expected to be filed in the case. The investigation is ongoing.
