Lady Bears Hit The Road

The Missouri State Lady Bears will try to snap a four game losing streak on the road.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo--The Missouri State Lady Bears have three games left in the regular season.

And all three of those games are on the road starting Thursday night at Southern Illinois.

The Lady Bears will try to snap a four game losing skid against the Salukis.

Southern Illinios has won only four games this season, and the Lady Bears want to take advantage.

But Missouri State coach Kellie Harper has had her team focused on one thing.

That's the Lady Bears.

They haven't played well at all during this four game skid and the practices have been intense.

This team needs some confidence going into the Valley post season tournament.

"SIU is a team that we should beat.  But we need to go in like we lost to them before and need revenge.  We need to be hungry for a win right now," said Lady Bear senior Hannah Wilkerson.
