Lady Bears Fall to Evansville

EVANSVILLE, In--Missouri State played on the road against the Evansville Purple Aces Saturday.

MSU tried to improve on their 8-8 conference record.

Lady Bears Lexi Hughes with a steal and fast break up to Hannah Wilkerson with the finish.

But, Missouri State wouldn't be able to catch up to Evansville.

The purple aces got out to a 10-0 start. And shot 51.6 percent in the first half.

Katie Palmer led the Lady Bears with 15 points.

As MSU loses 72-65 and fall to 8-9 in the conference.
