Kickapoo Falls in Double OT

Kickapoo will play for third place on Saturday.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo--Despite the winter weather, a handful of high school basketball tournaments are still taking place.

It's the second night of the Stephanie Phillips Classic at Kickapoo. The tourney remembering former Lady Chiefs coach Stephanie Phillips.

The home team Lady Chiefs hosting Olathe East in a semifinal game.

And the Hawks taking it inside to Amy Waechter. 3-1 Hawks.

Kickapoo back the other way, the pass to the corner Laura Vierkant with the 3, it's a one point game.

Olathe East out of Kansas, nice passing finds Hawks Cameron Kincaid, 7-4 Hawks.

Kickapoo taking it inside as well to Jordan Sanders gets the basket and is fouled, 9-6 Hawks.

Olathe East's Regan Stone gets past the defender for the layup. 11-6 Hawks.

Hawks pass behind the arc and Jordan Cronan gets the three.

Olathe would win 47-42 in double overtime.
