Jenkins Happy To Be A Chief

New Kansas City receiver A.J. Jenkins happy with trade from 49ers.
KANSAS CITY, Mo--The Kansas City Chiefs will go to Pittsburgh Saturday night for their third exhibition game of the preseason.

You can see that game at 6:30 p.m. on KOZL, it will be proceeded by our pregame show K.C. Blitz at six.

And the team will have a new receiver in the huddle.

A.J. Jenkins joined the team this week following a trade with San Francisco.

The Chiefs traded away first round draft pick Jonathan Baldwin for Jenkins, who was the Niners first round draft pick last year.

Jenkins is looking forward to the new opportunities he has in Kansas City.

A.J. Jenkins/Chiefs Wide Receiver:"Things happen, I'm looking for an opportunity.  I'm very excited about working with Alex at quarterback who I'm very familiar with.  I'm very excited.  A fresh start, new team, feeling good.  and I'm ready to go out here and play some football.."
