"Game of Thrones" causes an outage for HBO and Barbara Walters announces her last day on The View, kind of.
The new installment of "Game of Thrones" caused some major problem for HBO's online streaming service.
A rush of viewers eager for season four crashed the website Sunday night. The site was back up by 1 am--- but not soon enough for some viewers.
Many lashed out on Twitter. One man said "While I'm waiting for HBO-GO to load I'm gonna just read the Game of Thrones books. Looks like I'll have time to finish them all."
HBO tweeted an apology.

Barbara Walters' last day on the view is May 16th.  Fans need not worry though-- she'll still have influence.
She says she plans to remain onboard as the show's executive producer and contribute as needed.
The 84-year-old news woman announced her retirement last year.

Celebrity friends mourn the death of English model and socialite Peaches Geldof.
Sharon Osbourne tweeted "devastated about "peaches". Sending condolences & respect to the Geldof family. It's unimaginable what they must be going through right now."
Peaches was the daughter of Irish musician and live aid organizer Bob Geldof and TV personality Paula Yates, who died in 2000.
Geldof was 25 years old and leaves behind two children and a husband.
Police call her death "sudden and unexplained".
