ST. LOUIS -- You never know what you'll find tucked away in a closet.

In St. Louis, workers renovating the Doubletree Hotel at Union Station made quite a discovery -- a priceless piece of the city's history.

This mural called "Commerce On The Landing" depicts the St. Louis riverfront at the turn of the century.

It was commissioned back in 1940.

After restoring the artwork, the Doubletree plans to hang it above the front desk.

Hotel workers are now on the lookout for other treasures.
