Hey Shannon! Relationship Question for January 17, 2014

"Hey Shannon, I have always had a rocky relationship with my younger sister. We fought when we were kids, and our relationship became worse as we grew up. When our parent's health was deteriorating she was selfish and didn't help with any of the expenses leaving my husband and I to take care of everything. After our parents passed away she moved to Florida and I hadn't talked to her for 5 years. Now that we are both in our 70's she has started reaching out again and wants to reconnect. I love my sister but I don't know if I can forgive her for the past. What should I do?"
