 SPRING RIVER ABOVE BAXTER SPRINGS AFFECTING CHEROKEE COUNTY
 SPRING RIVER NEAR WACO AFFECTING JASPER COUNTY

.HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS AND RAINFALL EXPECTED THIS EVENING
WILL CAUSE RIVER LEVELS TO RISE.
