TIBURON, Calif. -- People are grieving the death of Robin Williams today…from those who enjoyed him on stage, on TV and the big screen…to comedians he inspired.
TIBURON, Calif. -- People are grieving the death of Robin Williams today…from those who enjoyed him on stage, on TV and the big screen…to comedians he inspired.

Fans of Robin Williams were unable to contain their grief that the comedy legend is gone.

Fans gathered at his home in Boulder, Colorado Monday, well-known as the place 'Mork from Ork' lived, and in Chicago where he was born..

"Oh God.  He was just such a good actor..and to hear about it and especially that it was suicide…?" one fan said.

Fellow celebrities talked about the loss.

 "Yesterday he's a superstar unfortunately today, he's a legend. it's a big loss," said Antonio Banderas.

Comedian and friend Paul Rodriguez credits Williams with his first big break.
"This is a devastating loss for the comedy community and for show business and for America really."

As they mourn his tragic death,  fans will no doubt focus on the endless laughter he gave the world.

President Obama also reacted to the death of Robin Williams yesterday saying, "He arrived in our lives as an alien, but ended up touching every element of the human spirit."
