COLUMBIA, Mo. -- The Columbia Police Department announced Thursday that the investigation into an altercation involving Mizzou football player Dorial Green-Beckham has been closed.

No arrests have been made in the case.

However, Green-Beckham remains suspended from the football team as it continues to prepare for the black and gold game on Saturday April 19.

Columbia police released the full report to the media Thursday.

Police say that Green-Beckham pushed open an apartment door at 2:30 Sunday morning, entered and pushed a female in that apartment down four stairs.

He then left the apartment with his girlfriend.

The person who was injured decided not to press charges because she was afraid of media and community backlash since Green-Beckham is a Mizzou football player.

Green-Beckham was arrested in Springfield in January and that case is still being investigated as police await lab results.

He will be a junior this season. He led the Tigers with 12 touchdown catches in 2013.
