ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Leslie Creekmore, an Arkansas woman hospitalized with flu (H1N1) for the last month has died in a St. Louis hospital, according to a Facebook page created for her.

Information reporting her death were posted around 8 a.m. Monday morning.

Creekmore, 29, had first been hospitalized Jan. 11 in Fort Smith. She was pregnant when she was admitted to the hospital but lost the child at 20 weeks on Jan. 16, two days after being transferred to St. Louis.

Creekmore's husband and sister-in-law posted on the “Love for Leslie” Facebook page today, thanking supporters who had offered prayers while Leslie fought her illness.

At the Fort Smith Public Library, where Creekmore worked, staff posted on its Facebook page the following:

"Our library staff member Leslie Creekmore lost her battle with complications of the H1N1 flu virus this morning. Leslie joined the library staff when she was still a teenager and had worked at the library over 11 years. Leslie loved the library, her co-workers, books, and our library customers, especially our teens. We loved her too and will miss her terribly."
