It's week nine of the high school football season and it's the last week of the regular season. A lot is on the line at a number of gridirons tonight including the new artificial turf at SBU's Plaster Stadium in Bolivar.

That's where the 8-and-0 Liberators will host the undefeated Reeds Spring Wolves.

It's been a very special season for the Wolves, their spotless 8-and-0 record is the best in school history.

Last year, Reeds Spring was 7-and-4, which was an indication of things to come because a lot of talent was returning. Coach Brian Moller also picked up a couple of transfers who moved into Reeds Spring from Arkansas.

It was a perfect storm, for the Wolves to put together a perfect season. Tonight, Reeds Spring will try to keep Bolivar from winning its 11th straight Central Ozark conference Small School championship.

"We had a lot of kids coming back. We had a good off-season. A good summer league. We knew if things would go well we could have a successful year. Now 8-and-0? Nobody was expecting 8-and-0. We just knew we had a great year. This is the first opportunity for Reeds Spring to have a chance at a conference title in a long time. So the kids had no problems getting up for this week." says Brian Moller, Reeds Spring Coach.

Easton Flaugh the Reeds Spring QB adds, "This year the opportunity was there and we took it. I think it should be a great game. We're looking forward to it and I'm sure Bolivar is too. We're both undefeated so we're looking to get a win."
