AT&T to Hire Nearly 200 in Missouri - 6 in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- AT&T says it needs more employees for its expanded wireless and wireline networks in Missouri.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- AT&T says it needs more employees for its expanded wireless and wireline networks in Missouri.

The company announced Wednesday it plans to hire about 185 people across the state, including 6 openings in Springfield.

You can apply online.  These are full and part time jobs for retail, U-verse technicians, business sales and customer service.

According to a news release from the company, AT&T spent nearly $250 million in Missouri during the first half of this year to expand it's 4G network and its IP broadband networks.

Nearly 11,000 people work for AT&T in Missouri, the company says.
