Alice Uden Pleads Not Guilty

LARAMIE, Wyo. – Alice Uden, a woman accused of murdering her ex-husband in the mid-1970’s, pleaded not guilty in an arraignment on Nov. 14.
LARAMIE, Wyo. – Alice Uden, a woman accused of murdering her ex-husband in the mid-1970’s, pleaded not guilty in an arraignment on Nov. 14.

According to the 1st Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Wyoming, a jury trial has been set for Uden on Feb. 3, 2014 at 9 a.m.

Uden’s bond remains the same at $250,000 cash.

Alice Uden is charged with murdering her former husband, whose body was recently found in an abandoned mineshaft in Wyoming.

On Nov. 5, Gerald Uden, Alice’s husband, pleaded guilty to murdering his ex-wife and two stepsons 33 years ago. He was sentenced to life in prison.

Gerald and Alice Uden were arrested in late September at their home in Chadwick, where they had been living for more than twenty years.
