SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Some impressive cars and trucks were on display Saturday as part of the ANPAC Charity Car Show for Kids.

Along with the cars, the event also included a silent auction, food, live entertainment and children’s activities.

The car show has been held for 14 years and has raised nearly $200,000 for the United Way of the Ozarks. The show brought in nearly $29,000 last year alone.

All of the money raised at the car show stays in the Ozarks and benefits the work of United Way partner agencies in 14 different counties.

"We've always had a really good relationship with United Way and they seemed to be a perfect fit for raising money for our community,” says Cindy Norman. “We feel it’s important to give back to our community and we try to do that. United Way is an appropriate venue for us to do that.”
