2-0 Mizzou Into Bye Week

Mizzou will take this week off before going to Indiana September 21st.
COLUMBIA, Mo--We just finished up the second week of the college football season, but the Mizzou Tigers have the first of two bye weeks that's built into their 2013 schedule.

Mizzou will take this week off, and go to Indiana on the 21st.

Saturday afternoon, the Tigers went to 2-0 with a 38-23 win over Toledo.

In that game, Mizzou junior Markus Golden intercepts this bobbled ball, and returned it 70 yards for a touchdown.

The SEC named Golden it's defensive line player of the week.

Tiger coach Gary Pinkel didn't like the penalty that was called afterwards for celebration.

Gary Pinkel/Mizzou Coach:"It was a huge momentum play.  A great play by him.  But we have to learn from that.  That's discipline, if that's the case.  I may look at it and say this isn't a very good call.  We don't grade a player down if its a poor call by an official.  That's how we handle it."
