However, the police will not give any further information about Green-Beckham's role in the case.
This incident apparently led to Mizzou football coach Gary Pinkel suspending Green-Beckham indefinitely.
That happened Monday, neither Pinkel nor the university have made any other comments.
According to media reports, Green-Beckham was seen leaving the apartment complex at 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning where the alledged burglary occured.
The preliminary police report does not name any person and it's not known what Green-Beckham's role is in the case.
The Hillcrest product led Mizzou with 12 touchdown receptions last season.
This is his third run in with police since signing with Mizzou two years ago.
