COLUMBIA, Mo--The eighth-ranked Mizzou Tigers will be back in action Saturday night after enjoying an off week to heal up and refocus.

The 9-1 Tigers will go to 7-3 Ole Miss on a game that will kick off at 6:45 p.m. on ESPN.

And James Franklin will be back at quarterback for the Tigers.

Franklin has missed the last four games after suffering a sprained shoulder in the team's win at Georgia in mid-October.

Maty Mauk filled in and won three of those four games.

Gary Pinkel used the extra practices during the bye week to sharpen Franklin's timing and get him ready for the Rebels.

"He looks really good," said Gary Pinkel.  "He's excited about getting back and the team is excited about having him back.  Obviously I want him to do really well.  He's had some adversity and battled through it.  He did it before and battled through again.."

"It feels really good," said quarterback James Franklin.  "Being back and feeling healthy, I'm excited about back.  My arm's been feeling good.   And it's a feeling about being back with my teammates.  And being able to start off where I left off is going to be pretty fun."
