And the two will meet as conference rivals for the first time this November.
So it makes sense that Bret Bielema and the Razorbacks were also featured at SEC media days on Wednesday along with the Tigers.
That game with Mizzou will be the Friday after Thanksgiving, replacing LSU's traditional spot on the Razorbacks schedule.
The Hogs were 3-9 last season, but 0-for the-SEC.
That's something that Bielema vows to change with a run first offense and smart game planning.
"I think the first thing that our players understand, and our coaches, every game is won or lost. But a lot of times teams lose the game before they can win it," said Bielema. "As a coach you have to be mindful of what did you do to prevent it. If you're not giving the right answers we have a problem. I think as coaches we need to take a practical look at what we're asking the kids to do. If we can't do it, don't call it."
