SPRINGFIELD, Mo--The high school football playoffs continued in selected areas around the Show-Me State.
These teams elected to play on Friday instead of Thursday.
One such case is at JFK Stadium where the 4-5 Parkview Vikings took on Ruskin.
This is a first round class 5 district 6 game.
And it was all Parkview in the first half, Anthony Gilliland to Connor Ratcliff on the crossing pattern, nice hit at the goal line but Ratcliff scores, 7-nothing.
Then in the second quarter, the two hook up again,  nice catch by Ratcliff in the endzone, that one covers 28 yards and it's 14-nothing Parkview.
Ruskin deep in its own territory, the pass is tipped into the arms of Mo Downey, his eighth interception of the seasn, he takes it down to the 15 yard line.
Parkview would cash that in when the handoff goes to Deshawn Clancy, a six yard touchdown run, 21-nothing Vikings.
And Parkview goes onto win 42-nothing.
The Vikings will play Willard W\wednesday.
In other high school district action, Waynesville is hosting Rolla, and Waynesville wins 40-10.
