LAKE OZARK, Mo--Now for our Friday lake report, and we're going to look at Lake of the Ozarks, a little more than an hour north of Springfield.
The water temperature at Lake of the Ozarks has risen 12 degrees in a month, it's at 77 with the water at normal level and dingy.
The catfish are good and biting on cut shad.
The crappie are good and hitting minnows.
The black bass are good and biting on spinners and crank bait.
Here are a couple of fishing pictures, this first one is from Cody Moffett, with a nice bass that he caught at the Fewel conservation area in Calhoun, Missouri.
Our second fishing picture comes to us from Katie Jackson who caught this nice bass at Stockton Lake.
Dad said Katie used some plastic bait to land that lunker.
Our Friday lake reports will continue all summer and I want to show off your fishing pictures, so e-mail them to me email@example.com.
