SPRINGFIELD, Mo--The Missouri State Bears will look to continue their winning streak Wednesday night at Drake.

The Bears have won two straight.

Drake has lost six of its last seven games.

In addition, Missouri State has won the last seven games played against the Bulldogs.

Paul Lusk has never lost to Drake as Missouri State's head coach.

A win would also be the Bears fifth win in January, something they haven't done in three years.

Bears senior Jarmar Gulley is raising his game the last month.

Saturday, he recorded his second straight double, double with 17 points and 11 rebounds.

He says he's been focusing on crashing the boards.

"Rebounds, we're not that great because of our size," said Bears forward Jarmar Gulley.  "But I feel that if I go hard at that it helps us out that much more.  That's why I go to the boards."

"They have two quick guards.  A good shooter.  We just have to challenge every shot, contain and play defense," said Bears guard Dorrian Williams.
