Bears Fall to Salukis

CARBONDALE, Il--Saturday, Missouri State hit the road to take on the Southern Illinois Salukis. Both teams on a bit of a hot streak, MSU has won two of their last three while the Salukis have made it three straight.

Emmanuel Addo with the nice bounce pass to Devon Thomas whose bearing down. That makes it 15-13 MSU.

Then, Jarmar Gulley with the baseline drive. Cuts the Saluki lead to 37-31.

But, in the second half SIU's Anthony Beane was hitting everything from three point land. That makes it 47-33.

And Beane comes right back again with another three. He had 26 points on the night.

Later in the second, Bears Gulley goes baseline again off the spin and the foul. That makes it 62-44.

But SIU and Desmar Jackson would not let the Bears back in the game as the Salukis win 72-54.
