SPRINGFIELD, Mo--A weekend of double headers at Hammons came to a close on Easter Sunday. In the earlier game Missouri State hosted Illinois State.

Series split at 1-1 going into game three.

In the first Bears pitcher Jake Powers gets Paul Dejong to strike out swinging.

But in the second Redbirds would start busting out the bats. Clint Stroud down the third baseline brings in a run. As Stroud slides in safely at two for the 1-0 ISU lead.

Same inning the Bears get Daniel Dwyer to pop up to foul territory Dylan Becker with the focus tracks it down to end the inning.

To the third Redbirds Dylan Johnson to right center. The throw to the plate not in time Mike Hollenbeck scores.
