SPRINGFIELD, Mo--There's a double header of baseball at Hammons Field Tuesday.

It started with the Missouri State Bears and will wrap up with the Springfield Cardinals.

In our Bear Nation report, the Bears hosted the Arkansas Razorbacks for the 74th time in the series history.

It's Missouri State's only home game in 16 days.

And Arkansas would jump on the Bears in the second, Jake Wise lines this to right, Patrick Drake makes the diving snowcone catch, Blake Baxendale scores on the sac fly, it's 1-nothing.

Then Michael Bernal takes this deep to left, it bounces off the top of the fence and into the bullpen for a two run homer, it's 3-nothing Razorbacks.

Arkansas adds to that, Andrew Benintendi singles sharply to right, Bobby Wernes scores, but Tyler Spoon is thrown out at third when he overslides the base, it's 4-nothing.

Missouri State gets one of them back in the bottom of the third, Patrick Drake singles to left, Eric Cheray scores it's 4-one.

But that's all the Bears could get, Arkansas wins 4-one.
