Can't work out a problem? We all need help juggling relationship choices.

Join Shannon Fox, a licensed family therapist, each day on Ozarks Live! Each show, airing at 4 p.m. on KOLR10, has a problem to solve and Shannon gives realistic, immediate solutions to life's most challenging interpersonal dilemmas.

Today's question:

"Hey Shannon, when I was 16 years old I got pregnant and had to give my daughter up for adoption. Her adoptive parents asked for a closed adoption, and at the time I thought it was a good idea. I am now in my 30's, married and I have a 2-year-old son. I find myself often wondering about my daughter and would really like to meet her and see how her life has turned out. I contacted the adoption agency and they informed me her parents did not want me to have contact with her. I am really struggling with this and it's causing problems in my marriage. What can I do to move on from this heartbreak of never knowing my daughter?"

Join the discussion on our Facebook page each day, and tune in at 4 p.m. to hear Shannon's advice, which will be posted online after the show.

Send an email to Shannon at sfox@kolr10.com if you have a question, or if you'd like to come on the show to discuss your situation.
