UPDATE: Missing Springfield Man Found

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Alva S. Wray has been found in Cole Camp.  According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Wray was found disoriented and confused, but in good health.


SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – An Endangered Silver Advisory has been issued for a 94-year-old Springfield man last seen near Lake Ozark, Mo. driving toward Miller County.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Alva S. Wray, 94, of Springfield, was driving to Pontiac, Mo.

He was contacted in Morgan County and appeared to be disoriented and uncertain of how to get back to Springfield, Mo.

Wray was later contacted again at the toll bridge in Lake Ozark, Mo.

Alva Wray is described as a white male, 5-feet, 7-inches, 165lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Wray was driving a white 2005 Cadillac Deville with Missouri license plate FE2COD.

Anyone seeing Wray or his vehicle is asked to immediately dial 911 or call the Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810.
