The Camden County Sheriff's Department says Blair Dority, 30, of Roach, Missouri is charged with six counts of felony assault and one count of involuntary manslaughter.
The crash happened about 5:15 Saturday night on West Branch Rd. near the Camden-Hickory County line.
Kaygyn Dority, age 2, was killed in the crash.
Reports from the Highway Patrol shows Dority was driving the truck that was carrying six other passengers, including four children under the age of 8.
No one in the truck was wearing a seat belt and none of the children were in child safety seats, the report said.
The crash happened when the truck went off the left side of the road, hit a tree and flipped over.
According to a probable cause statement, troopers believed Dority was intoxicated while they interviewed her at the crash scene. Troopers say Dority's "walking was staggering and had glassy eyes." Dority admitted to drinking earlier in the day and, after doing a few tests admitted by a trooper, refused to do any more.
The probable cause says troopers found multiple cold beer cans hidden under trash from the vehicle and in the woods. When questioned, Dority said she did have a cooler but "panicked and hid it and everything else because she did not want to get into trouble.
When asked about the seat belts and lack of child safety seats, Dority said "they take the back road all the time" and she "never secures them properly."
Troopers say they found the front two seat belts buckled behind the seats and the back three seatbelts locked and retracted in place.
Troopers also asked Dority if she called 911 after the accident. According to the probable cause statement, she said she did not.
Dority is being held in the Camden County jail on $150,000 bond.
