PARIS, Ark. -- Authorities are searching for an inmate who has escaped from the Logan County Detention Center for the second time in three months.

Gary Patrick Topham, 49, was being held in the jail for transport to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.  Authorities say he was last seen wearing his black and white striped uniform and orange sandals. Logan County Sheriff's office says he has ties to Texas and Missouri. Topham is around 165 pounds and 6 feet tall with brown hair, brown eyes and wears glasses.  If you see him police say do not approach him but call 911.

Topham briefly escaped from the same facility back in November.

The details of the escape are still under investigation and more information will be released later.
