Around that time, a call came to police from a female juvenile in a residence at the address reporting a burglary in progress. According to the juvenile, she awoke to voices around her house, which was followed by the sound of breaking glass.
The juvenile called her brother to come to the residence and then phoned police.
When her brother arrived on scene, he discovered the back door had been forced open and observed two men bolting from the residence. Gunshots were fired between the men and the suspects disappeared into the woods.
The brother secured a car parked in front of the residence, with a female suspect inside.
When police arrived on scene, they arrested the female. Two men were arrested later on in the morning after they were found walking in the area.
According to Stone County Sheriff Doug Rader, the Stone county Prosecutor filed charges on three individuals charged in the case.
Sandra Jo Hall, 46, of Reeds Spring, was charged with first-degree burglary and receiving stolen property. Her bond has been set at $100,000 cash only.
Joshua T. Brown, 31, of Kimberling City, was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, first-degree assault, felony stealing and two counts of armed criminal action. His bond has also been set at $100,000 cash only.
Dennis James Brown, Jr., 35, of Kimberling City, was also charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, first-degree assault, felony stealing and two counts of armed criminal action. His bond has been set at $150,000 cash only.
The three individuals remain incarcerated in the Stone County Jail.
