The Salvation Army Seeks Volunteers to Help Sort, Pack Food

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The Salvation Army in Springfield is looking for helping hands to aid in sorting and packing food.

A generous number of donations were gathered during the "Stamp Out Hunger" food drive Saturday.

The group is now looking for help from the public in sorting and packing away all of the items. 

The packing will happen Sunday, May 11th at The Salvation Army at 1707 West Chestnut Expressway.

If you are interested in helping you can meet the crew at the center at 1:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
