City leader say they trust the new management will bring more tourists to the city while still have the same core personnel and branding.
"A lot of our visitor surveys show the conventioners that come to Branson are often on their very first time coming to Branson as a community," says Economic Development Director Garrett Anderson. "We want that experience to be top notch and have them become a loyal and repeat visitors to Branson."
The final process allows SMG to assume full operation of the Convention Center. They begin to operate April 1.
