Suspect Charged in Fatal Willow Springs Stabbing, Medical Evaluation Scheduled

HOWELL COUNTY, Mo - The Howell County Sheriff's Office has charged a suspect involved in a fatal stabbing that happened Sunday afternoon in Willow Springs.

The suspect was Sara Messex Pullen. She has been charged with: 2nd-degree murder, 2 counts of armed criminal action, and first-degree assault. 

According to Sheriff's Office, the stabbing happened around 4:30 p.m. at 2607 State Rt. Z in Willow Springs. 

The report says a man had been stabbed and died from his injuries. The victim was 36-year-old Larry Randall Tucker of Willow Springs. 

According to a probable cause statement, the stabbing started almost immediately as Sara entered the building. She started to get into an argument with Tucker and his wife. 

Pullen will undergo a medical evaluation scheduled for May 11. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 21.
