PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. – A St. Robert man has been sentenced in federal court for his involvement in a conspiracy to distribute heroin in Pulaski County.

Robert E. Peetz, 27, of St. Robert, was sentenced to seven years in prison without parole.

On Oct. 9, 2012, Peetz pleaded guilty to participating in a conspiracy to distribute heroin. He said he began selling the drug in the fall of 2010.

Federal agents used a confidential source to make three undercover purchases of heroin from Peetz in August 2011.

Peetz estimated he sold between 5-6 ounces of heroin, which is in excess of 100 grams.
