Three Arrested for Alleged Theft at NW Arkansas Re

HARRISON, Ark. -- A Boone County, Arkansas recycling center has reported receiving stolen goods, leading sheriff's deputies to three suspects.

On Monday, deputies were called to the Boone County Health Unit where some air conditioners had been reported stolen.

Investigators were contacted by TRG Recycling Center of items matching the description of the stolen items being sold by a man later identified as Christopher Elliott, 38, of Harrison. 

During an investigative interview, the Boone County Sheriff says Melissa Elliott, 43, also of Harrison, admitted to driving Christopher Elliott, Sean Rabone, 24, of Harrison and one other person to the Shiloh Baptist Church beside the Health Unit to steal the air conditioners.

All three were arrested for Theft of Property and are being held at the Boone County Detention Center.

More charges are pending as investigations into other thefts continue.
