About this event:
Just Between Friends of Springfield is getting ready for its upcoming event August 27th-30th at Remington's.
Back-to-School shopping is the nation's second largest shopping event of the year, second only to Christmas. The National Retail Federation estimate more than $83 billion is spent on back to school every year. Each family averages close to $700 on Back-to-School at retail prices, but at JBF, families can find all they need at 50 - 90% off retail prices - while helping other families make money.
Families will find everything they need to raise a family, from maternity to teen. Bargains range from clothing, toys, electronics, books, baby equipment, furniture and much more. Children are priceless, but clothing them doesn't have to be!
Families price and tag their own items using an easy online system, and JBF does the rest of the work handling the sales. Consignors earn 65 percent of the sales and 70 percent if they volunteer. The rest of the money covers the cost of putting on the event.
