ROLLA, Mo. -- Detectives arrested a 20-year-old mother on child endangerment charges after her two children tested positive for meth, morphine and heroin, according to a news release from the Phelps County Sheriff's Department.
The 9-month-old daughter of Kaylee Marie Bradshaw, 20, of Rolla, Missouri, was taken to Phelps County Regional Medical Center. The daughter was stabilized and taken to St. Louis Children's Hospital where Narcan, the opiate antidote, was used, according to the release.
The daughter tested positive for oxycodone, meth, morphine and heroin.
Bradshaw's 3-year-old son later tested positive for meth, morphine and heroin after Children's Services removed him from the home.
This is an on-going investigation. Bradshaw faces two charges first-degree of endangering the welfare of a child and was taken into custody without incident in Newburg, Missouri.
Bradshaw's bond was set at $100,000.
