Zoo Jeans
Item: Supporters seeking to raise funds to renovate the Kamine Zoo in Japan have launched a new line of denim dubbed "the only jeans on earth designed by dangerous animals." Sheets of material are attached to tires and big rubber balls that are tossed into enclosures with lions, tigers and bears, which use their teeth and claws to design fashionable, mauled-to-perfection jeans.

Why It Matters: Everyone wants a great story to tell, no matter what the story is centered around. We’re always looking for a new sensory experience, be it moisturizing jeans or jeans that have been heat soaked in paint for the perfect color and fit. The denim market has exploded as craft denim continues to gain momentum, and companies are beginning to take unique approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
