UPDATE: Fire Intentionally Set, Resulted in Escaped Wright County Inmate, Still at Large

One jailer and an inmate were injured, fire intentionally set

HARTVILLE, Mo. -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol is still searching for an inmate who has escaped from the Wright County Jail on Thursday night.

The Highway Patrol has identified the inmate as Brett L. Anthony, 37.  They say he was last seen wearing an orange jail jump suit.

Anthony ran off during the confusion following a fire inside the jail.  The Patrol says the fire broke out about 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
One jailer was injured int he fire and was taken to a hospital in Springfield.  His condition has not been released.  One inmate was also injured and treated at the scene.

Anthony escaped during the evacuation and was last seen running north from the jail.
