Eating more fruits and vegetables may reduce the risk of stroke.
Researchers poured over  20 years of studies involving more than 700,000 people worldwide.
They found double-digit decreases in stroke risk for every 200 grams of fruit and veggies a person consumes each day.
The American Heart Association, which published the study, recommends the average adult eat four to five servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

What's the biggest heart disease risk factor for women over 30?
A British-Australian study suggests it's inactivity.
Researchers looked at more than 30,000 women over 30.
They found that lack of physical activity had the most impact on who developed heart disease - even more so than smoking, high blood pressure and excess weight.

And the secret to long life may be getting along.
An 11-year Danish study finds that middle-aged people who had frequent arguments with partners, relatives, and even neighbors had a higher risk of death.
That was especially true for men and the unemployed.
Frequent arguments with partners and/or children were found to be especially harmful.
The study's authors suggest learning how to manage conflicts could help reduce that risk.
