The deadline for enrolling to buy health insurance on the marketplace under the Affordable Care Act ends March 31 and millions are still uninsured.
Mercy and Cox Hospitals and the public library in Springfield will hold events Saturday to get people enrolled.
Mercy officials say more than 54,000 Missourians have already enrolled, but many more have not.

These enrollment events are scheduled Saturday:
Springfield: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Library Station (2535 N. Kansas Expressway)
Springfield: Educational event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Central Assembly of God (1301 N. Boonville Ave.)
Pineville: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pineville Library (808 Bailey Rd.)
Lamar: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Barton County Library (300 W. 10th St.)
Neosho: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Neosho/Newton County Library (201 W. Spring St.)
Carthage: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Carthage Library (612 S. Garrison Ave.)
Joplin: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Joplin Library (300 S. Main St.)
Saturday, March 8, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Library Center, 4653 S. Campbell Ave., Springfield.
Saturday, March 8, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Library Station, 2535 N. Kansas Expy., Springfield.
Saturday, March 8, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Midtown Carnegie Library, 397 E. Central St., Springfield.
Saturday, March 8, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at First Christian Church, 5 Hilltop Dr., Kimberling City.

Visits that day will be available on a walk-in basis or with appointments by calling Primaris, 616-0542, or Southwest Missouri Office on Aging, 679-2326.
Certified application counselors will be available at all events, to help people determine if they qualify for financial assistance and what plans work best for you.
You should bring:
Proof of income, (W-2 form or last two pay stubs), Social Security number, list of medications you currently take, policy number of any current health insurance plan, and account and password if you started an account on the marketplace.
