The website now has information for approximately 15 million owners.
GM says it has repaired about 800,000 of the more than 2.5 million vehicles, in the intial set of recalls.
Steve Ballmer, who paid a record $2 billion for the Los Angeles Clippers, announced he is stepping down as a Microsoft board member.
The former Microsoft CEO had been with the company more than 30 years.
In a letter to Microsoft, Ballmer said he has become very busy with the Clippers, his civic contributions and teaching.
