If you're keeping on top of the markets this morning,  Tuesday, August 26, 2014...

The Nikkei dropped 92 points in trading in Japan today.
The Dow was up more than 75 points at the close Monday.
The Nasdaq was up 19.

The latest numbers on consumer confidence are out today…..and investors will be watching to see if the S&P 500 breaks another record.  Yesterday, the stock index hit an all time high finishing just shy of  2,000.

Visiting a city, enjoying the beach or touring a national park are the top three ways travelors plan to spend this upcoming Labor Day weekend.
That's according to Trip Advisor.
It surveyed more than 2,600 people and found 40 percent plan to travel this weekend. That's up 10 percent from last year's holiday weekend.

Today, Starbucks is launching its popular pumpkin spice latte.
But only to customers who know the secret password.
Starbucks has been tweeting out clues.
If you can't figure out the code, you'll have to wait until the official launch date in September.
