The Nikkei is down 25 points today in Tokyo.
The Dow lost nearly 32 points Wednesday.
The Nasdaq gained 20.

General Motors is facing a major lawsuit.
A Texas lawyer sued the automaker on behalf of 658 people injured or killed in crashes allegedly caused by faulty ignition switches in GM cars.
GM would not comment on the lawsuit.

Is technology stealing jobs?
According to new research by Career Builder, one in five companies have replaced workers with automation. 
But most companies said their use of new technology also resulted in new positions being added in their firms.

A new app called Detour is gaining ground.
Detour is a GPS based walking tour.
Pop in your ear buds and listen to a voice guide you to unique places.
The app is being tested in the San Francisco area.
The founder of detour is Andrew Mason who also founded Groupon in 2008.
